Additional warranty +12 months for Business

Business Warranty

This warranty applies to non-private use, outside a household setting (e.g., by employees in a company, hotel guests, service provision using the device, etc.) and is provided for 1 year as standard. The purchase of an Additional Warranty must be made within 3 months from the date of purchasing a new massage chair.

Additional Business Warranty extends the warranty period from 1 year to 2 years from the day of chair delivery, based on the general Warranty Terms for Pro-Wellness massage chairs. The invoice for the Additional Business Warranty will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order. This invoice is valid only with the original proof of purchase for the chair. Important: During the purchase process for the Additional Warranty, you will need to provide the original purchase proof number (invoice or receipt).
