Warranty Service

In order to ensure your comfort, warranty repairs of massage chairs and other devices weighing over 40 kg are carried out at the customer's home after scheduling a prior appointment. Products weighing less than 40 kg can be brought in for repairs at sales showrooms or the service center.

If you personally deliver the device, we require you to present the warranty card. If the device is delivered by a courier company, please include the following documents in the package: a copy of the warranty card and a description of the malfunction with clear contact details. Devices sent without the appropriate documentation will either await the submission of the required documents or be returned. We do not accept packages sent on a cash-on-delivery basis.

Warranty Service for Massage Chairs and Devices over 40 kg

On the event of a malfunction of your massage chair or any other product weighing over 40 kg, please report it in writing using the form provided below. Complaints can also be submitted via email to serwis@pro-wellness.pl. Kindly attach a photo of the warranty card (first two pages) along with proof of purchase and a description of the issue including your contact details. The service department is obliged to confirm the receipt of the complaint within 48 hours via email. We will arrange a visit to your location after prior telephone contact, during which we will verify the reported issue and provide information about the service visit schedule. Our service visit will take place no later than within 14 business days from the confirmation of the complaint receipt.
