Consumer Warranty

This warranty applies to private use within a single household (standard 2-year warranty). The purchase of an Additional Warranty must be made within 3 months from the date of purchasing a new massage chair.

Additional Consumer Warranty extends the warranty period from 2 years to 4 years from the day of chair delivery, based on the general Warranty Terms for Pro-Wellness massage chairs. The invoice for the Additional Consumer Warranty will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order. This invoice is valid only with the original proof of purchase for the chair.

Important: During the purchase process for the Additional Warranty, you will need to provide the original purchase proof number (invoice or receipt).
