Warranty Information

We provide a 2-year consumer warranty with the option to extend up to 5 years (for home use), and a 1-year business warranty with the option to extend up to 3 years.

Consumer Warranty: This applies to private use within a single household (standard 2-year warranty). The purchase of an Additional Warranty must be made within 3 months from the date of purchasing a new massage chair.

Business Warranty: This applies to non-private use outside of the household (e.g., by employees in a company, hotel guests, service provision using the device, etc.) and is standardly provided for 1 year. The purchase of an Additional Warranty must be made within 3 months from the date of purchasing a new massage chair.
