Japanese massage technology
The secret of the PW 720 chair lies in its precise Japanese massage robotics engineering. It features a mechanism with exceptionally smooth and precise operation, a function to scan all acupressure points, and full three-dimensional movement of heated rollers—up/down, left/right, and even forward/backward by 12 cm. This allows the chair to precisely target pain points and adjust the massage depth.
The massage robot is controlled by a completely new operating system and an extremely powerful A.R.M. microprocessor. Thanks to this, the massage head reacts extremely quickly to adjustments, creating a massage exactly the way you want it!
Expanded massage range
The PW 720 chair’s massage head moves within an expanded range of motion (1.4 m), precisely scanning the user and adjusting the massage based on body type and size. The massage, from the gluteal region all the way up to the neck, is precisely tailored to you and your needs.
Extremely effective massage styles
There are 22 automatic programs available, tailored to specific times of day or ailments:

Massage techniques
The PW 720 massage chair’s robotic system replicates 14 back massage techniques, including kneading, tapping, shiatsu, Swedish massage, and others. A new feature is the special 4D massage techniques for the shoulders and lower back, which involve the synchronized operation of airbags and massage rollers. During the shoulder massage, the airbags firmly support the body to perform stretching and posture correction in this often-tensed area of the body. This massage effectively relieves neck stiffness and helps soothe headaches. The lumbar massage is performed in a similar manner, where the side cushions hold the hips in place, allowing the rollers—heated to approximately 50 degrees Celsius—to penetrate deeply into the muscles, reducing muscle spasms and improving circulation in the muscles of this part of the body.
Innovative 3D knee massage with heat
PW 720 – a massage chair that even takes care of your knees. This exclusive feature offers a sensational massage combined with heat, targeting the often-sore joints that are our knees. All this is thanks to innovative, heating air cushions that are strategically placed to perfectly target pain points. Depending on your height or leg length, the knee massage section is electrically adjustable in position.
A new generation of full-body air massages
Air cushion massage is a great complement during recovery or rest. The PW 720 chair is equipped with the Fast Pressure System—a new generation of air pressure regulators that allow air pressure to move very quickly between the air cells, creating the effect of human fingers. This system is used, among other things, to massage the feet, calves, thighs, shoulder girdle, and forearms and hands. Additionally, in key areas, the air cushions have a specially designed shape: the cushions on the inner parts of the hands feature micro-protrusions to stimulate receptors, and the cushions under the calves feature “thumbs” for deep stimulation of the gastrocnemius muscle. Could you imagine a more comprehensive massage?

The intuitive touchscreen menu also allows you to change language settings. You can choose between English, Polish, or Czech. If you need to verify the functions of individual buttons, a tutorial is available that demonstrates the description of each setting in your selected language.
Reclining the chair + Zero Gravity
The PW 720 massage chair reclines using electrically controlled actuators, allowing you to set any recline angle and adjust the footrest to any height. Thanks to sensors located in the foot area, the chair automatically selects the optimal footrest length, and additional adjustments allow you to individually customize the positions of your calves or knees to your height. You can also use the touchscreen to recall the pre-programmed Zero Gravity position. The Zero Gravity position in a massage chair involves positioning the user’s body in the most relaxing human posture (Neutral Body Posture). This is the posture an astronaut’s body assumes when falling asleep in zero gravity. In this position, all muscles, tendons, and ligaments are most relaxed. Therefore, it is the optimal position for a massage. The PW720 reclines to this position at the touch of a button, and it is the recommended position to assume before each massage program. No matter how far back you want to recline the chair, thanks to clever technology, only 10 cm of free space behind the chair is required.

A feature available only in the PW 720 massage chair. It allows for easy real-time adjustment of massage depth without interrupting the user’s complete relaxation. Thanks to Drive Navigator, you can control the functions even with your eyes closed.
7" Touchscreen with OS 2.0
Precisely control your massage using the large touchscreen. The 7-inch touchscreen with the latest OS 2.0 software ensures convenient operation of the chair. It allows you to easily select your favorite automatic programs from among the 22 available options and set up your own custom program from over 500 possibilities.
Enhanced experience

You can enhance the experience by activating the mood lighting or music (Bluetooth) features. 7 lighting modes can be automatically selected depending on the chosen massage program, or you can choose from options such as Energy, Relax, or Wake-up. The speakers will allow you to fully immerse yourself in a state of relaxation.
Safe Energy System
Pro-Wellness chairs feature the innovative Safe Energy system, which keeps electricity consumption—and thus the cost of a massage—extremely low, averaging just 2 groszy for a 20-minute massage session. A family of five enjoying a full massage session will spend a total of about 10 groszy. What’s more, Pro-Wellness chairs consume only 0.0005 kWh during one hour of standby mode, which amounts to just over 3 PLN for the entire year.
