The PW550 massage chair features a wide selection of automatic massage programs during which an advanced mechanism replicates classic muscle massage techniques along the spine, while airbags massage the lower limbs and provide a full-body massage from the buttocks to the neck and nape.

Zero Gravity Position in the PW550 Chair

The Zero Gravity function in the massage chair positions the user’s body in the most relaxing position possible. This is the posture an astronaut assumes when sleeping in zero gravity. In this position, all of a person’s muscles, tendons, and ligaments are most relaxed. That is why it is the optimal position for massage.  The PW550 massage chair reclines to this position at the touch of a button, and it is the recommended position to assume before each massage program. However, if a different body position is needed, the backrest and footrest can be adjusted independently to adapt the posture, e.g., for watching TV, resting with your feet up, or lying completely flat.

Body Scan

Every program in this massage chair is preceded by a dual body scan function, ensuring that both the massage and the chair’s design are tailored to the user’s measurements: 

1. The acupressure point locator adjusts the back massage to the user’s body shape, height, and anatomy
2. The leg scanner automatically adjusts the footrest’s position based on leg length, allowing you to comfortably stretch your legs and ensuring an optimal calf massage or foot rolling.

Advanced massage programs

The PW550 chair offers a wide selection of massage options that can be easily accessed via the touchscreen. You can choose from both automatic programs and manual selection of massage techniques.

Automatic back programs:

1. General Program - A classic massage program providing a daily dose of movement for the muscles.
2. Relaxation – A calming program that prepares you for sleep
3. Health-Promoting – A therapeutic massage program that eliminates muscle contractures and pain while improving joint mobility and muscle attachment flexibility.
4. Stretching – Stretching that improves muscle flexibility and restores the natural spacing between the vertebrae of the spine.
5. Circulation Improvement - A regenerative program that distributes nutrients and eliminates toxins from the muscles throughout the body.
6. Acupressure - An acupressure massage program that relieves tension and targets specific points on the body.
7. Lower Back - A massage program for the lumbar region that relieves pain and stiffness in the lower back.
8. Care - A program that stimulates and stretches the muscles before starting the day.

Another feature that makes the PW550 chair unique is its display—specifically, how you interact with its robotic functions. The clear and easy-to-use touchscreen display makes it simple to interact with the chair. You can adjust its brightness, set the screen timeout, or choose the menu language: English or Polish.

Safe Energy System

Pro-Wellness chairs feature the innovative Safe Energy system, which keeps electricity consumption—and consequently the cost of a massage—extremely low, averaging just 2 groszy for a 20-minute massage session. A family of five enjoying a full massage session will spend a total of about 10 groszy. What’s more, Pro-Wellness chairs consume only 0.0005 kWh during one hour of standby mode, which amounts to just over 3 PLN for the entire year.
