Post-warranty service for massage chairs

We offer post-warranty service for massage chairs purchased from our company as well as massage chairs purchased from other sellers. Additionally, we provide transportation services for the devices to the service center.

Post-warranty service 

The customer, either on their own or through a courier company, delivers the massage chair to the service center. After conducting the diagnosis (2 - 5 days), the service center provides a cost estimate for the repair. The diagnosis cost is 200 PLN. After the repair is completed or if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, the customer or a courier arranged by the customer picks up the massage chair.

Important information:

  • Please include your contact details and a description of the issue with the chair when sending it for repair.
  • The repair process may take up to 14 business days (it may be extended if spare parts need to be sourced).
  • All transportation costs are covered by the customer.
  • The payment for the diagnostic service of 200 PLN is required in advance.
  • The payment for the repair is required in advance after the diagnostic is completed and the cost estimate is accepted based on the pro-forma invoice.
  • Spare parts come with a 3-month warranty.

Post-warranty service + transport or on-site service

The customer orders the Post-warranty service + Transport or On-site service through the form provided below and pays for the service visit. Pro-Wellness service arrives at the customer's location to rectify the issue, and if necessary, takes the massage chair to the service point. After conducting the diagnosis (2 - 5 days), the service presents a cost estimate for the repair. The cost of the diagnosis is 200 PLN. After the repair or if the customer decides not to proceed with it, the service personnel deliver the massage chair back to the customer. The cost of round-trip transportation to the customer's location (nationwide) is 800 PLN. The service charges 150 PLN per man-hour of work

Important information:

  • The repair and return of the massage chair take up to 14 working days (the timeframe may extend if it is necessary to source replacement parts).
  • Payment for transport and diagnosis is required in advance before the service visit.
  • Payment for the repair is required in advance after the diagnosis and acceptance of the cost estimate based on the pro-forma invoice.
  • Replacement parts come with a warranty for a period of 3 months.
