Free delivery

Deliveries are carried out to customers by a courier company or through Pro-Wellness staff. The delivery method depends on the type of product and the delivery location, and it is arranged with the customer over the phone. Heavy equipment that requires assembly is delivered by our company's employees. During delivery, the initial setup and basic operation training of the device are provided.

Delivery Time

Most products available on www.fotele.com are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. Courier delivery is usually completed within 48 hours. Delivery by Pro-Wellness staff is typically fulfilled within 5 working days and depends on the delivery location. (We offer delivery across the entire territory of Poland.) 

5-Year Warranty*

For new massage chair, we provide a 5-year* warranty card. This means that in case of any potential malfunction or improper operation of the device, our mobile service will perform the repair on-site free of charge. The warranty is applicable across the entire territory of Poland and is available at no cost to all customers (private individuals and businesses) holding a valid warranty card and the original proof of purchase.
*Note: The 5-year warranty requires periodic technical inspections that are extra . 

No-Cost Installment payment

We offer you a completely free installment system for 10 or 20 months (interest rate: 0%, insurance: 0%, commission: 0%, APR: 0%). The offered credits are arranged over the phone or via online form. Your data verification is conducted during delivery, based solely on your ID card. The bank allows early repayment of installments. We also have other credit products for a larger number of installments, which are prepared individually. 

Return policy within 14 Days

The consumer who entered into the contract through this website has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts from the day you acquire the goods or the day a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires the goods (with the exception of products specified as available on request - returns of these products are not accepted). If you decide to return the purchased goods, please familiarize yourself with the procedure available on the website www.fotele.com/zwrot
